ANAC Resolution No. 8 OF 17 JUNE 2015 "Guidelines for the implementation of the legislation on the prevention of corruption and transparency by companies and entities governed by private law controlled and participated by public administrations and public economic bodies";

Legislative Decree n. 33 of 14 March 2013 - Transparency Decree -: "Reorganization of the discipline concerning the obligations of publicity, transparency and disclosure of information by public administrations" and in particular ART. 11 of the Transparency Decree states that “each administration adopts a three-year program for transparency and integrity, to be updated annually, which indicates the initiatives envisaged to guarantee:

a) An adequate level of transparency, also on the basis of the guidelines developed by the Commission pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 27.10.2009, n. 150;
b) Legality and development of the culture of integrity.
